Quote Of The Day (#QOTD)

I love to find quotes or poems that inspire me, help me or that I find beautiful in their simplicity. So therefore I have used my twitter account for sending out a daily quote (by daily I mean whenever I remember;) ). So now that I have decided to start this blog, I might as well spread the beauty here, maybe you can use their beauty and inspiration in your own life, maybe not.

On twitter # is used whenever you are discussing a certain topic, and I will do the same here. #QOTD (Quote Of The Day), followed by whatever quote, poem etc. that I for some reason stumble upon or have known for a long time :)

Why did I decide to start this blog?

In my life I have experienced loss, grief, obesity, low self-esteem, and the struggle that come from watching your parents get divorced and how it affects everyone around you. Looking at the positive, I have also seen love, happiness, growth, compassion, laughing, new beginnings, family and friendship being the most amazing gifts life can give you, IF you let it!

So hopefully you will listen to my ramblings about everything and nothing, trying to figure out life's mysteries and sometimes hard lessons. Maybe some of my thoughts will inspire you, and maybe some of our comments will help and inspire me, I truly hope so.

I love to give, so this is my gift to you, but at the same time a place for me to reflect over life, share my thoughts, joys, sorrows etc. I would love to inspire people to be what they are capable of being, to let them know that they matter and that their dreams can come true. I would love to be able to do that my-self, so this blog is also my new beginning :)

So, I will try to inspire people in my life, and also to be inspired by them as well. And hopefully I can reach out to even more through this blog. Hope you will enjoy my ramblings an thoughts, and also inspire me :)
